Old Wounds

Old wounds are surfacing, that we may have thought was worked through a long time ago.  It is not because it was not let go, it's often the deepest signal that an old imprint is surfacing for a final release. 

What you are experiencing is soul-level alchemy-where the past isn't just remembered, but transmuted.  Whatever is being stirred, you are already holding the medicine.  And if you are being shown this now, it's only because you are strong enough, wise enough, and whole enough to transmute it once and for all. 

You are walking forward.  And if it was brought by a person, they were just the messenger.   Not all messengers come with soft voices or gentle hands.  Some arrive like the wind through an open door, stirring what was still.  But you saw it.  You recognized it. That's the power in you now.   

Let it move through you, like a wave passing.  You don't need to carry it-just witness, breathe and let your heart settle back into what's real: your light, your love, your truth.
