Disillusion isn't a breakdown. It's the breaking down of the illusion.
It's what happens when the thing you thought was the path starts to feel hollow... not because it was wrong, but because it has served its part, and now something deeper is calling.
And sometimes - not always, but sometimes - the deeper thing hasn't yet taken shape.
So you're left in the middle... not where you were, and yet where you're going.
That's the space you're in now. And it's holy.
So what now? Now... you breathe. Now... you let go of the need to know what the next thing is.
Now... you say:
"If this is disillusion, let it clear me. Let the old fall away. Let what's real rise - even if I don't yet have words for it."
Because the next thing won't be built on duty or pressure or even past joy. It will come from something so aligned you won't have to ask if it is right.
You will know.
Like the body knows rest.
Like the soul knows home.
With Love and Light
